2.1 One Person, One Account
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You shall be personally liable for all activities conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify kax8 support immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Popular payment methods in Bangladesh are supported for transactions on kax8. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The maximum deposit limit depends on the payment method and the verification level of the account.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframe
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successfully approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
For withdrawals, you must use the same payment method registered on your account. Funds are not transferred to third-party accounts.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
- The account must be fully verified before withdrawal.
- Wagering conditions must be met for winnings earned from bonuses.
- kax8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification in the interest of anti-money laundering.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
4.5 Failed Transactions
kax8 will not be liable for any transaction that fails due to the payment method. However, our support team is available around the clock to assist with such issues.
Bonuses and Promotions
kax8 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000
5.2 Wagering Conditions
A 15x wagering condition must be met to withdraw bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.
Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus → you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000, after which winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses apply only to eligible users.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings from bonuses (see the terms of the specific offer).
- If promotional abuse is detected (e.g., multiple accounts, coordinated betting), the bonus will be cancelled.
- kax8 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
5.4 VIP Program

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules
- A confirmed bet or round cannot be cancelled once placed.
- In the event of a technical error, the decision of kax8 authority is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Result Disputes
If you have an objection regarding the result of any game, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the result being published. kax8's investigation and decision is final and binding.
Prohibited Activities
The activities described below are strictly prohibited. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Registering an account under a false identity or someone else's identity
- Coordinated betting with the intent to abuse bonus benefits
- Operating games using any software, robot, bot, or script
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund processing
- Fraudulent activities against the platform or other users
- Betting on behalf of or for the benefit of minors
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or servers
If any prohibited activity is detected, kax8 may provide information to law enforcement authorities as required.
Liability Limits
Services provided through the kax8 platform are offered on an "as is" basis. kax8 will not be held liable in the following cases:
- If gameplay is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues
- Losses caused by technical errors on the part of third-party game providers
- Issues arising from the user's own device or software

8.1 Limitation of Damages
Under any circumstances, kax8's total liability will not exceed the actual balance present in the user's account.
